Our Returns Policy timeframe is 30 days from when an order arrives at your address. Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase, such as transaction number and photos of the product.
When approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges
